Hello Family!

Let me be the first to introduce Harper Rose Gilbert to the family! She was born January 2, 2010, at 12:48 a.m., weighing in a petite 7lbs 12oz, and just over 19 inches long. So far, she's the mellowest baby on the planet, rarely cries about anything, and even sleeps through the night. Finn loves being a big brother! He gives her kisses all the time, and is sure to let us know if 'baby Harper's eyes open' if she's awake. No rivalry yet, and we're hoping it stays this way.

Speaking of Finn, the kid's a talking maniac these days. Not only is he saying more words, but he's busting out more and more sentences. Yep, he's really a little person/toddler now, and not a baby. Very cool.

Mom & Steve came up for a week and had fun with the two grand kids, even though it poured the whole time they were here. It was good to have an extra hand.

So Angela's home from work taking care of Harper and Finn until April, and I'm still slaving away at the torture chamber I call my job, per usual. We had a great holiday season and spent lots and lots of time together being a family. Finn loved Christmas, and even got a choo-choo from Santa Claus, which he was stoked about.

Hope everyone is doing well, can't wait to read all about what's going on with everyone else.
