The Gilbert's are doing great! We had a lovely summer in Seattle with many camping trips around the Pacific Northwest in our vintage pop-up trailer. Summer was exceptionally hot, with more-than-usual sunny days--we're still hitting 80 degrees during the week, so it'll be nice when Fall decides to finally kick in and cool things off a bit.

Ammon is still working for Xbox. His current 'project' is downsizing for our eventual move into a Tiny House, which means purging things like Movie Collections and other space-consuming items that aren't essential. It's been a fun process, and a lot of work, but will pay off in the end, though we're still at least a year away from taking the Tiny House plunge.

Angela has gone back to school for her Master's in Teaching, and still finds the time to do awesome things for the kids, watch Miles day-in and day-out, manage a few websites, and serve on the PTA. Basically, she is a rock star.

Finn just started 1st Grade and is going to a new school that is newly remodeled. He likes his teacher and likes that we're just a 7 minute walk to school from our house.

Harper is in pre-K and loves socializing with her friends, taking dance class, singing,  and doing gymnastics.

Miles just turned two and is a constant source of entertainment. He holds his own as the youngest by being louder and bolder than the older two. He loves playing on the swing set / jungle gym we scored for free in our background, chasing around Harper and Finn, and has become super picky about what clothes he wears.
